St. John's Retirement Village is owned by St. John's Retirement Centre, a Non-For-Profit Company limited by guarantee. The Company's dynamic Board of Volunteer Directors is committed to providing Safe, Secure and Comfortable Retirement Accommodation to Residents in a Happy and Stimulating Environment.
Our Mission
St. John’s Retirement Centre exists to provide Residential Accommodation and Community Support for Older Persons as a Practical Expression of the Christian imperatives of Love and Service.
Our Team
From the welcoming Administration and Management Team, through to the attentive Care Staff and helpful Maintenance Crew, the focus is on ensuring St. John's Retirement Village is "The Perfect Place to Live".

The Village Board Manages the Growth and Development of St. John’s Retirement Village and is Committed to Investing in Expanding Facilities and Upgrading Units as opportunities arise.

Somerville is a very Active Community, in a Semi-Rural Area, only a few minutes from Transport, Shopping Centres, Restaurants, Cinemas, Theatres and Hospitals.
St. John's Retirement Village neighbours the local Tennis and Lawn Bowls Clubs.
The Somerville shopping district is within easy reach of St. John's Retirement Village and close to the Karingal and Bayside shopping centres.
Our St. John's Bus provides regular transport to shopping centres.

We are located on the wonderful Mornington Peninsula, close to Route M11 – Peninsula Link to the west and Frankston – Flinders road - C777- to the east.
A local bus stop is located right outside the main entrance of the village.
A V-line train operates through the nearby Somerville station connecting commuters to the metro at Frankston.
Visitor Parking
There is plenty of parking for visitors at St. John's Retirement Village.
Simply enter from Park Lane via Gate A near the Jones Road roundabout and park immediately on your right (if this is full you may park in the next set of parking bays on the left).
When you arrive please register at reception.
