Grace Iversen & Hibiscus Serviced Apartments
 

As part of our commitment to on-going care for residents, the Grace Iversen single Apartments and Hibiscus double Apartments have been designed for those who need a little extra care, comfort and attention.

Each apartment features a separate lounge area, with a kitchenette, generous bedroom(s) and well-designed bathroom. All apartments overlook landscaped gardens and connect to the central recreation and dining areas, including the Activity Centre.

Service Fees

The service fee for the Grace Iversen Apartments & Hibiscus Apartments is set at 85% of the Single Aged Pension, plus Government Rent Assistance.

The monthly apartment service fee includes.

  • All meals and afternoon teas

  • Weekly cleaning of the apartment

  • Laundering of bed linen & towels

  • Electricity and gas

  • Shire and water rates (up to pensioner concession rate)

  • Building Insurance on apartments

  • Use of all village amenities

  • Administration costs

  • 24 hour emergency call system including personal pendant plus onsite staff 

  • Lighting of public areas

  • Lawn mowing and gardening

  • All maintenance inside and outside apartments (except for resident's additions or alterations)

​What is not included in the monthly service fee.

  • Telephone costs

  • Insurance on your personal contents

  • Balance of municipal and water rates if you are not a pensioner

User Pay Services can also be arranged

​A Waiting List Fee of $1000 will secure a place on the waiting list. When a Unit or Serviced Apartment is available, a ten percent deposit is required within 14 days of acceptance of the accommodation.

 

The Waiting List Fee is treated as part of your deposit.

 

The balance of the ingoing contribution is paid on taking possession of the accommodation which can be arranged to coincide with the settlement of your present home.

 

The Residence Contract, the monthly service fee and any additional charges are governed by the provisions of the Retirement Villages Act 1986 (as amended).

 

If you wish to leave the Village at any time, for any reason, you are able to do so.
